The Beers \m/

Ahh…the beers.  We have talked at great length as to what styles we’d introduce as our initial flagship brews.  We wanted to make sure that we introduced a varied line up that would have a broad appeal to both Craft Beer drinkers as well as those new to the Craft.  We have decided on brewing a Witbier, an India Pale Ale (IPA) and a Stout.  We are currently in development of each of these three styles and our commitment to you is that we will release no beer unless it is absolutely the best it can possibly be.  Of course this is only the beginning…we have a lot of trick up our sleeves and have big plans for our specialty/seasonal releases, reserve series, draft-only series as well as many others.

Prototype #1 – Belgian Wit/Witbier: We’ve brewed the first batch and have gone through out first tasting panel.  We’ve got a lot of good feedback and should be brewing round 2 in the next 3 to 4 weeks.  We have a good idea of the direction we are going with this brew and are very excited to get it dialed in.

Prototype #2 – American India Pale Ale (IPA): We just brewed two separate batches on the 8th of January.  To truly brew an amazing IPA is extremely difficult.  We decided to brew two very different IPAs to determine the direction we wanted to go with this brew.  We want to ensure that when you taste our IPA, you’ll know that we put every ounce of heart & soul into making the best IPA available.

Prototype #3 – American Stout: We are in recipe development and should be brewing our first round of this brew in the next couple of weeks.  Again, this is a style that is going to need a lot of attention to detail to ensure that it is of the highest quality and that is what we aim to do.
